• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 12–24 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped.
• How to Cancel: To cancel your order, contact us at [email protected] with your order details.
• After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery (as per our return policy).
• Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
  • If cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source.
• Cash on Delivery (if applicable): No charges apply if cancelled before dispatch.

Note: My Charkha reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (such as stock unavailability or payment issues). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
