At My Charkha, we value your trust and strive to ensure you have a satisfying experience every time you shop with us. Our jewellery pieces are handcrafted with care and inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.
1. Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
- You must notify us within *48 hours of delivery* by emailing [insert email address] with clear photos and your order details.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings or nose pins
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Sale or discounted items
3. Return Process
Once your request is approved:
You will be informed via email about the return shipping process.
The product must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was received damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
- After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In case of order cancellation before dispatch, full refunds (minus payment gateway charges, if any) will be issued.
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- You may place a new order once your refund is processed.
6. No Cash on Delivery
We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. All payments must be made online via secure payment gateways available on the website.
